Karma-Bhakti - Awakening Love in ActionAs a spiritual practice, service done with the intention of seeing & amplifyng the love that exists in all sparks of life is known as a path to liberation from ego, or Karma Yoga.Seeing those we serve, and who in turn serve us, as complete equals in every way, allows our spirit to fly beyond mental seperations and come into a unified human experience of our body as simply one of billions of God's costumes worn all across the globe & galaxy.We are in a blessed position to be able to aid the liberation of a whole choir of souls that have experienced extreme hardship & injustice, and form connections that will absolutely last throughout our lifetime. (Monks & refugees are quite well connected through the internet for continual communcation :)

Lha Charitable TrustOur English teaching Seva and a large portion of donations will benefit Lha's Mission & Outreach Work.Lha is the Tibetan word for our innate nature of fundamental goodness. It describes the awakened state of mind, the Primordial Pristine Awareness. Lha is a registered non-profit, grassroots, community social work association.Lha is dedicated to providing essential resources to the displaced Tibetan community living in exile in McLeod Ganj, Upper Dharamsala. The primary goals of Lha are: * to facilitate an easy transition for the refugee community to India; * to provide a long-term rehabilitation resource center offering educational, cultural, environmental and health education awareness; and * to build a social service bridge for the Tibetan refugee community to northern India.In order to achieve this principal mission, Lha provides year-round free language and computer training, medical assistance, clothing, and clean water to our community social services center located centrally in McLeod Ganj.Lha is managed solely by refugee Tibetans, who draw their expertise from their first-hand knowledge of what it means to be in exile. Volunteers from around the world assist the core management in its mission to provide essential adult education and awareness. Lhas staff coordinate volunteer workers, and place them not only in positions at the center, but also in hands-on positions throughout the community.Further information can be found on Lha's Website, www.lhasocialwork.org

3 Days of Yoga & Service to Impoverished children in Southern New DelhiBhatti Mines Online The Bhatti Mines community faces extreme hardship of poverty and unemployment. This is one of the most impoverished areas of Delhi. The 30,000 residents of the villages live in slum-like conditions lacking adequate shelter, running water, electricity, health services, schools and economic opportunity. The Bhatti Mines School gives children in this area an alternative to forced labor: every day 200 children receive an education, empowerment and hope for the future. Santosh and Archana Singh began teaching the children of Bhatti Mines ten years ago out of a deep calling to address the issues of child labor and poverty in their community. We will be staying at an ashram within walking distance of the school, combining sacred yoga practice with daily service to the teachers and students of Bhatti Mines

Himalayan Love is simultaneously an intensive multi-yoga immersion, a deep cultural exchange, a volunteering abundance sharing opportunity, and a festival celebrating Yoga, Kirtan, Seva, and Love in Action!Our Intention is to cultivate a super-elevated vibration and divine saturation in the first part of the day, and then spread our inner enlightenment to the surrounding community through English lessons with the Tibetans, work with a orphanage for refugees, and experiencing the global village of Mcleod Ganj and Bhagsu.Each day will consist of part intense spiritual discipline, and part complete freedom to explore and enjoy the many soul-awakening attractions of this beautiful Himalayan village.

We are absolutely committed to living in the New Paradigm Economy, which allows equal access to all, and trusts that all participants will give your personal maximum to this hugely valuable experience.We also know money-energy is far easier to raise & faster to recieve now more than ever, if we choose to activate its flow with all of our Being. If you feel the suggested rates are too high for you, reach out to your friends & family and ask them to support this righteous cause, & let them know why you feel such a strong need to help.The donation is not just for your food,transportation, lodging, and yoga classes, but to help aid the sustainable & independant future of the Tibetan culture as well. We are all coming together in this global community to help on many physical and spiritual levels, so allow yourself to be helped as well.To reserve a space in a room at Trimurti Music School or Snow Lion Hotel, (only 29 total spaces available, so act quickly if you know) we require half of the total deposit as soon as you become sure you will be here. We aren't setting a deadline, and will trust that those who value this the most will reserve the soonest. If all the spaces are not reserved at the full rates by March 1st, 2012 then we will allow the next highest donor to reserve a spot. There is space for 45 people in our yoga room, so we have off-site options for staying as well.
